What does the POLARIS Protection Plan cover?

The POLARIS Protection Plan covers the repair or replacement of factory installed mechanical and electrical parts in the event of a covered mechanical breakdown.

Please refer to a state-specific extended service contract for details and exclusions for your state.

When does coverage on my contract begin?

Coverage under this service agreement begins on the in-service date (original purchase date) of your vehicle. The expiration date is determined by adding the number of months of the term selected to the vehicle's in-service date.

For example:

In Service Date of Vehicle: 1/1/2014

Purchase Date of Service Contract: 5/1/2014. Agreement Term: 60 Months. Effective Date of Contract: 1/1/2014. Expiration Date of Contract: 1/1/2019.

$1000 TRIP Interruption

If your trip is interrupted by your machines Mechanical Breakdown, Polaris will reimburse the costs of meals, lodging, rental or any other miscellaneous expenses excluding Gas and automotive repairs up to $300 per trip!

Polaris will cover the pickup and delivery expense up to $50 to the nearest Polaris repair facility. Couple that with our vehicle rental discount you are riding again in no time!

What happens if I sell or trade in my product?

Your POLARIS Protection Plan contract is transferable. See the contract for transfer instructions and fee.

If I make modifications to my product, will my POLARIS Protection Plan contract still cover my product?

Any modifications or alterations made to the unit that go beyond any factory installed Polaris Parts or any part that would contribute to the mechanical or electrical failure of covered parts per your contract are not covered under the extended service contract.

Can I transfer my plan from one unit to another?

This plan cannot be transferred to different units.

What products does the POLARIS Protection Plan contract cover?

The POLARIS plan covers Polaris ATVs, Rangers, RZRs, Snowmobiles, Victory® Motorcycles, Indian® Motorcycle, Singshot®, and GEM cars.

How long do I have to purchase the POLARIS Protection Plan?

This offer is valid while the original manufacturer's Warranty is in force.

Is my POLARIS Protection Plan accepted at all Dealerships?

Yes, all authorized Polaris Dealers accept the POLARIS Protection Plan contract.

Where can I get my Polaris Extended Warranty Plan Agreement covered equipment serviced?

Visit the Polaris website at or contact the Polaris Extended Warranty Plan administrator at 1-800-272-0372 to find an authorized service center.

What responsibility do I have for maintaining my equipment covered under the Polaris Extended Warranty Plan Agreement.?

You must maintain your equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedules. Keep your receipts as proof of maintenance even if you maintain your own equipment. If you do not have a copy of your manufacturer's maintenance schedule, please call the manufacturer and request a copy.

Can I buy a POLARIS Protection Plan contract plan from my Dealer on my new unit?

You can purchase a POLARIS Protection Plan contract from your Dealer as long as the unit is still under the original manufacturer's Warranty.
